Water damage doesn’t care about your schedule. Neither do our people. The Orlando crew at Marsh Water Damage Orlando has spent years working in this city’s specific climate, where afternoon thunderstorms can dump an inch of rain in twenty minutes and humidity never really lets up. What unites this team is simple: every person who walks through your door is background-checked, identity-verified, uniformed, and wearing a photo ID badge. Tobias Reyner, Owner, has built the crew the same way he runs every job, one standard, no exceptions. You’ll know exactly who’s in your home before they arrive.
Restoration work we handle

Our People
Marcus D. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Marsh Water Damage Orlando for eleven years, starting on smaller water extraction calls and working his way into leading complex commercial and residential losses. He holds IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, with additional RIA credentials. Marcus is the person who walks a flooded first floor and maps out where water has traveled behind baseboards and under cabinets before demo starts. He has a habit of showing homeowners exactly what he’s seeing, pulling back a section of drywall and pointing to the moisture line so nothing is a mystery. When he’s not on a job, he teaches Sunday school at his church in Conway.
Elena R. – Senior Mold Remediation Specialist
Elena has specialized in mold remediation for eight years, seven of them with our team. She’s IICRC-certified in Mold Remediation and Applied Microbial Remediation, and she’s the one who walks a musty attic or a water-stained bathroom in College Park and tells you honestly whether you need full remediation or a targeted cleaning. Her specialty is containment. That’s the process of sealing off affected areas so mold spores don’t spread to the rest of the house while work is happening. Elena is originally from Tampa and still supports the Lightning, which means she takes some ribbing from the rest of the crew during hockey season.
David K. – Service Coordinator
David is the voice you’ll hear most often when you call Marsh Water Damage Orlando. He’s been answering our phones for six years, and he’s the reason a live person picks up at 2 a.m. on a holiday weekend when a water heater lets go. David coordinates dispatch, insurance documentation, and the photo reports that go to your adjuster. He grew up in Seminole County and knows every neighborhood from Winter Park to Hunters Creek. His particular talent is keeping a caller calm on the phone while simultaneously getting a crew moving, no small thing when someone is staring at water spreading across a kitchen floor.
Jasmine T. – Apprentice Technician
Jasmine joined Marsh Water Damage Orlando two years ago through a training program with the Threshold Group, and she’s currently working toward her IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification under Marcus’s supervision. She came to restoration from hospitality work, which shows in how she treats people’s homes. Jasmine is usually the second pair of hands on a job, setting up containment, running drying equipment, and documenting equipment placement with photos. She’s known around the shop for keeping meticulous notes on every job, and for being the one who remembers that a homeowner mentioned a kid’s birthday party that weekend and asks if we can route equipment hoses around that hallway.
One Standard, Every Job
Every location under the Threshold Group banner, including Marsh Water Damage Orlando, operates under what we call the Threshold Standard. It has five parts. First, every technician is background-checked and identity-verified before they ever put on a uniform. Second, you get the technician’s name and photo before the visit, and they show a photo ID badge at the door, every time. Third, you receive a written price before any work begins, not an estimate that balloons after demo starts. Fourth, every job gets a written guarantee printed on the work order, the 365-Day Done Right Promise, covering any repair for a full year with a free second visit if something is not right. Fifth, we answer the phone with a live person around the clock. Tobias Reyner, Owner, has been enforcing this standard since 2005. It’s not a marketing promise. It’s printed on every work order, and the crew treats it as the bare minimum.
